Terms of Service — Cruz Pool Service

Services:

Cruz Pool Service provides pool maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and liner installations.

Payments:

Payments are accepted via Zelle, Square, cash or check unless otherwise agreed.

Scheduling:

Weekly services are scheduled in advance. Missed or skipped services may still be billed depending on circumstances.

Cancellations:

Clients must provide notice prior to scheduled service to avoid charges.

Liability:

Cruz Pool Service is not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, structural damage, or water chemistry issues outside of normal service scope.
